Bed and Breakfast in Hastings

Welcome to Black Rock House - a boutique guesthouse offering bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea.

Breakfasts are our speciality and are served at a time to suit you. Help yourself from a delightful spread of pain au chocolat, warm croissants, a selection of organic breads, jams, cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit. A choice of teas, coffees and freshly hand-squeezed juices are available.

If you fancy a more substantial breakfast we offer daily specials such as a traditional Sussex farmhouse cooked breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on English muffins, soft-boiled eggs with marmite soldiers, special Hastings kedgeree, organic yoghurt and honey topped with summer fruits, porridge with brown sugar and cream.

We are happy to cater for special diets, just let us know your requirements when booking. All our dishes are prepared using the freshest produce sourced from local suppliers wherever possible.

At weekends we can even bring you a newspaper and (continental) breakfast in bed!
