Black Rock House is centrally located in a peaceful street with views over the town to the sea. It is literally just a few minutes walk from the station, the shops, the restaurants, the university and the seafront - absolutely ideal for business or pleasure!

By car:
Hastings is approximately 90 minutes' drive from London straight down the A21. The Channel Tunnel and the ferry ports of Dover and Newhaven are within an hour's drive and we make a great base for exploring other towns in the area such as Brighton (1 hour), Rye (20mins), Lewes (50mins), Tunbridge Wells (30mins) or Eastbourne (30mins). There is plenty of parking at Black Rock House too, just ask for a visitor's permit on arrival.

By train:
Black Rock House also makes an excellent base for those without their own transport. Trains from Hastings go direct to London, Ashford (for the EuroStar to the Continent), Gatwick, Eastbourne, Brighton and Rye.
